Most digital marketing agencies will tell you they are data-driven. What that usually means in practice is a monthly PDF with some bar charts and a recommendation to post more on Instagram.
We do something different. morshadul.eu was built around one idea: the tools machine learning researchers use to analyse large datasets are exactly the tools a business should use to figure out what is actually working in its marketing. Not gut feel. Not best guesses. The real numbers, modelled properly.
We are based in Lisbon, working with clients across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia. The work covers SEO strategy, paid search, AI automation, custom Next.js development, and data analytics. Some clients come for one thing. Most stay for several.
How we got here
The honest version: it started with a research project that kept turning up the same problem. Businesses were sitting on months of traffic data, campaign spend, and conversion records — and nobody was doing anything useful with it. The reports were pretty. The decisions were still based on instinct.
So we started building the infrastructure to change that. Custom attribution models. Keyword clustering pipelines. NLP tools that could read a competitor content strategy at scale and spot the gaps in hours rather than weeks.
Eventually those became services we offered to clients. That became morshadul.eu.
